About Us

Sunrise Foundry specializes in stainless steel lost wax precision investment castings, and the fabrication and sale of valves, pipe fittings and sanitary fittings. We can also design and develop as per customers' requests.

At present, our product categories include quick couplings, sanitary unions and various types of fittings. Tailor-designed machining is also available. Our products are made in accordance with API, ANSI, DIN, BS, and JIS standards.

We ensure interior and exterior quality with advanced silica wax-lost casting technology and high-precision CNC lathes, as well as sophisticated spectrum analyzers and chemical analyzers, metallurgical microscopes, a hardness tester and universal testing machine.

1: What information does the quotation need?
Pls. offer your drawings and/or samples, quantity and packing’s requirements.
Drawings in PDF, IGS, DWG, STEP, MAX are suitable to us.

2: What’s lead time for samples and products?
Lead time for samples: 30-70days depend on the structure of the part and other requirements on heat treatment, machining, surface
treatment and so on.
Mass production lead time: 35-70days depend on products’ characteristics and quantity.

3: What is the requirement on payment?
Tooling Cost:100% T/T advanced
Payment for the Order:50% deposit,50% to be paid before shipment.
