Ductile Iron Castings and and any other precision castings for more than 25 years.

Our Capability

We have updated our production line. Our production process include Resin Sand Molding Line, Shell Molding Line,

Wet Green Sand Casting and Lost Wax Investment Casting Production Process.

Quality Control

Quality Control is one of the most important process in production. We insist that 100% inspection before

shipment and ensure parts without any flaws when sending out.

We have complete quality inspection facilities including mechanical testing, chemical analysis, tensile strength,

hardness, spectrometer, ultrasonic testing, etc.

Certification

Application and Grade of Gray Iron

Property: Gray cast iron has excellent cutting and machining performance, casting performance, magnetic permeability, good wear resistance, high compressive strength but with low toughness, no forgeability, poor weldability.

Application:

1. It is used to manufacture some simple castings that only bear light loads, such as covers, trays, oil pans, handwheels, hand frames, bottom plates, handles and ingot molds, blast furnace counterweights in steel processing equipment, heavy steel hammers, etc.

2. Suitable for manufacturing track plates, cylinder liners, pump bodies, valve bodies, gear boxes, gears, scribing plates, machine bed, column, cylinder and piston (steam) oil piston rings, pistons, etc.

3. It is suitable for the manufacture of castings that are subject to high exaggeration stress and require high airtightness, such as heavy machine bed, gears, cams, large engine crankshafts, cylinder blocks, high pressure cylinders, and rolling mill stands.
4. It is used to manufacture large-sized machines such as lathes, punching machines and other heavy machinery, rolling skateboards, rollers, coking columns, cylinder mixer rings, support wheel seats, etc.
