Ductile Iron Castings and and any other precision castings for more than 25 years.

With an annual sand casting capacity of 10,800 tons and the ability to handle parts from 0.05kg to 240 tons, we satisfy high-mix, low-volume, and large-scale industrial needs.

International Standard Compliance (ASTM/EN/DIN): We specialize in high-standard customized metal components, strictly adhering to ASTM (e.g., A536, A48, A216, A351) and EN (e.g., GJS, GJL, 10283) specifications. Our material expertise covers Ductile Iron (90-95% nodularity), Grey Iron, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum Alloy, ensuring seamless replacement for international procurement.

Rigorous Quality Control & Documented Traceability: Our ISO 9001:2015 and TS16949 certified facilities utilize advanced testing equipment, including CMM (μm grade), 3D Scanners, X-ray, Spectrometers, and Ultrasonic testing. We deliver full transparency with Chemical, Mechanical, Dimensional, and PPAP Level 3 reports, maintaining a 0.02mm repeat tolerance for critical precision components.
