About Us
We have been dedicated to the OEM casting and machining business for over 20 years.
We are advanced in both green sand casting and shell mold casting from unit weight 0.5kg to 50kg.
Our factory has 150 employees, a total production capacity of 2400 tons, and covers a total area of 10,000 square meters.
The horizontal CNC and CMM inspection facilities enable us to customize critical machining parts.
You are welcome to challenge us with any casting parts and our team will enjoy it.
Quality Control
FAQ
Q1: MOQ?
A: It is 1 ton if evaluated by weight or $3000/lot if evaluated by order value. The prices quoted might vary with quantity, and we always declare MOQ in every quotation.
Q2: Terms of Payment?
A: For clients with a good credit rating, we usually take T/T after loading. For new clients whom we have no way to review their credit, we take deposits to start an order.
Q3: Do you require a down payment to start making casting molds or machining tools?
A: Yes. We will take a 50% down payment from new clients who don’t have a credit rating here. The remaining molds and tooling fee can be T/T paid after samples are approved. But for most of our loyal clients, we don’t need any down payments.
Q4: What happens if I put a down payment of some tooling fee, but you can’t deliver qualified samples?
A: If the first batch samples PPAP are refused, we will improve it according to the deviations on the PPAP and resend the 2nd batch samples. If the 2nd batch still can’t be accepted, your down payment will be refunded.
